If a short sale is a plausible option, then we can get started! The next step is to start the application for a short sale and complete all the necessary paperwork.
Step 3: Contact Bank
Once the application has been completed, the bank is contacted in order to obtain the necessary materials for a short sale. The materials are reviewed with the seller and then we can make a deal.
Step 4: Sell your home
Now that the rest of the steps are completed, we can go ahead with the same process as any other listing. The property is listed, we hold open houses and hopefully close the deal!
